DUI Assessment and Treatment
CBAM offers multiple DUI and standard alcohol and drug assessments and treatment in Spanish and English. CBAM will provide a comprehensive report to referring agencies within 24 hours of completion of program. DUI assessments are scheduled 5 days a week with evening appointments available. Assessments usually take approximately 1-1 ½ hours to complete.
Fees for outpatient treatment and evaluations services are listed assessed as follows:
Alcohol and Drug Evaluation-$75.00
Eight-week (8) alcohol and drug education group-$40.00
Twelve-week (12) ASAM Level-1 treatment groups-$40.00
Multiple DUI evaluation-$100.00
Seventeen week (17) ASAM level one treatment services-$40.00
Replacement workbooks-$5.00
Drug screens-$10.00
All payments are due at the time services are delivered. Group members
will not be allowed to fall behind no more that two sessions in payments.
